On 11 March 2016, “The Cooperation Agreement about Municipal Waste Incineration Power Generation Project in Li County” was officially signed between the government in Li County and Conch Venture.

The capacity of this project, which in furture will reach 800t/d, was designed to be 400t/d on first stage.Mr Ji Qinying went to check the intended plant site with the company of Mayor Xu from Li County.
On the signing ceremony, the two parties had a deep communication about the investment, site selection, preparation work before construction and so on.
